Then the clouds part...
So after that last post, we had a rough night with Carly (which never happens) and it turns out she is getting a molar. The last time I wrote about our whining cranky girl it was chalked up to teething too. So this has allowed me to have a little more sympathy for her and understanding. Also she had a much better day yesterday. In the midst of my turmoil we scheduled for Owen to visit his old sitter's house today so I could have a little bit of a break, so it is just the princess and me today, and she naps like half the day so I should be able to get some good things done around the house.
Then tonight we are going to a Braves game with the staff from Duffy's school ,sans children, so I am really looking forward to that and some adult interaction.
Oh and by the way, my portfolio was accepted so I am FINISHED with my Masters Degree. Yeah!
The Special Olympics are this weekend, which I will be playing in on a unified volleyball team. My time to be an olympian has come. I'm going for the Gold :)

Gee, We should have another one!
Things have been really tough with Caroline lately (or should I say Caro-WHINE?!). I swear that girl cries or whines 75%of the day and it is driving me crazy!!! Even when I get a break it isn't enough recovery time and add to that Owen and all of his needs and it makes me think, "Gee, we should have another one." Sometimes I wish I could fast forward my life 3 years and just get past all of this need-need-need. Right now, I just need to hear from someone who has survived all this because I feel ready to quit, and #3 hasn't even arrived yet. Even through these trials though I don't regret that we are having another one. (hmm... I wonder if they will let me stay in the hospital for, like 4 years or so). Supposedly a lot of whining is typical for this 15 month old age because of the frustration at not being able to communicate. That makes sense to me, but doesn't make it drive me crazy any less. This one does not sit still for more than 5 seconds and seems driven toward disaster. If there is a high place to climb, she'll go there, and if there is something gross to put in her mouth she'll find it. All I can think is that she is VERY lucky that she is cute--definitely a design of God to prolong human life.

Yeah for Pam and Jim!
Just have to say that the season finale of the "The Office" was great last night. I don't know how I am going to wait until the fall for a new episode. We aren't big tv buffs, as this is the only show we watch, but I must say that we love it. They did a very good job of satisfying the viewers last night, and I've read that there will be more hour-long episodes next season.

Also, an Acorn update: the wildlife rehabber said, "unfortunately he did not make it, but he did die warm and well-fed."
Pregnancy update: 18 weeks and still feeling fine. Still running as long as I can. Feeling movement just about every day. I think it is a boy.
